Welcome to the Official Faded Industry White Party Contest! As we get ready to host our 6th Annual White Party event at Diesel, we are adding on the White Party Outfit contest and giving you prizes for entering!

The contest is simple, upload a picture of your White Party Outfit, get the most “Likes” and WIN! That is all you have to do. You can use a picture from a past White Party event, the outfit you have for this year’s event, or even just a white t-shirt, all you have to do is enter!

ALL ENTRIES get a copy of Pittsburgh Slim‘s new mix tape, Pittsburgh Slim’s Excellent Adventure!

Hottie of the Week: Margaret

This week’s official Hottie of the Week is Margaret, from Cincinnati, OH! Margaret is a beauty & brains total package- she has a BFA with a focus in Graphic and Web design; and I am excited to feature a blonde again after a few weeks of brunettes!

We asked Margaret our usual Hottie questions and here are her responses. When asked about who would she model or promote for, if she could pick anyone/anything, she said, “Victoria Secret, so I can travel all around and wear amazing bikini’s and lingerie. It is such an iconic brand and would love to be apart of it.”

I think Vickie’s needs to get word of Margaret, because her body was made for lingerie- and they should hire her immediately.

As to an idol in the fashion or modeling world, she says that Helena Christensen is someone she admires. Saying, “First of all she is gorgeous model and been on so many covers and in many magazines. She is a great photographer and has her work published and started her own clothing line. “ A model with aspirations beyond just being paid for pictures is definitely someone to admire!

True Blood in Pittsburgh.

True Blood’s own Joe Manganiello will be making an appearance at Savoy in Pittsburgh, PA this Friday evening, May 18th, 2012. He will be available to meet & greet from 8-11pm. This event is presented by Savoy and Whirl Publishing. Clique Vodka is presenting their custom True Blood Martini for the occasion. Savoy is one of Pittsburgh’s most upscale new locations and brings some great celebrity names in house for appearances and entertainment. If you haven’t had the chance to stop down for dinner or some cocktails at the bar, this could be a good time to make it happen. If you have been to Savoy and you want to share any of your past experiences there please feel free to post your comments below. White Hot Menswear for the White Party!

Hey guys! I didn’t forget about you!!!! You will be needing to wear something clothes related to the 6th Annual Faded White Party too! So, with the help of my GQ-lookin friend @Dubmotion, we found some hot-ass guys in white attire that you menfolk need to model yourselves after.

First up is JAMES freakin BOND. Not only is his style impeccable enough to get any lady he desires, he also knows the number one rule of wearing white: Don’t drink colored beverages! If James Bond were in Pittsburgh for our White Party, I know he’d be drinking a Clique Vodka martini, shaken, not stirred. Props to Daniel Craig for looking dashing in a bowtie!

Secondly, we have a guy who would fit in perfectly at any Faded party: Russell Brand. His hair may be crazy but the white dress shirt, tie, and suspenders (YAY SUSPENDERS!) in this picture are top-notch, and not a wrinkle to be seen! You gotta love a guy who can look #highfashion while acting a mess! You may not have a million dollar bill in your pocket but you will look as clean and crisp as freshly printed one with a white dress shirt you can buy at any men’s clothing store (Buy a new one so that you don’t have to iron; wrinkles are the enemy!).

Last, but in no way least I have a more casual look from freaking MAGNETO himself: Michael Fassbender. I am pretty much drooling as I type this because I had to Google so many images of him to find a white outfit and let me just say that blogging for Faded… well; I LOVE MY JOB! A long-sleeved thermal? Check. Unbutton a few buttons for that Deep V look? Check. Everyone staring? CHECK!

So guys, you may not be a spy, comedian, movie star, or the sexiest mutant I’ve ever seen but all you have to do is buy a fresh white shirt and watch what you eat or drink (vodka is clear people!) at the party and you will be sure to catch someone’s eye!

Need a Dress for the White Party?

This post is beyond overdue! Of course, you all know by now that I am the Promotional Model Manager for the CliqueVodka Girls, and I’m sure you’ve seen the pictures of myself and some of the other girls here or on Facebook in our Official Clique Dresses. What you might not know, is that our dresses are from Chelsea’s of New York. Chelsea’s is THE place online to go if you have a hot party coming up and need a dress (or shoes or accessories or you get the idea). Of course, if you just read my post on how much I love the color pink and shiny things, you will know that I would only recommend a website that contains many of those types of things! In addition, Chelsea’s also as an entire section of all white dresses (CLICK HERE! ) for the season, because don’t forget, that with Memorial Day coming up, it is time for the Annual Faded Industry White Party and you will need a dress for it ASAP! (but act fast, every time I want to buy something and wait, it sells out!).

Now if you already know about Chelsea’s, you might know that it is owned by one of my favorite people and excellent businesswoman: Michele Garris. Michele puts on an annual fashion show fundraiser for the American Heart Association. Her show is called Costumes for a Cause and showcases beautiful and sexy Halloween costumes to raise money for this organization. This the my absolute favorite fashion event of the year in Pittsburgh; and the best part is that it is for a cause that couldn’t hit closer to home! Without getting all sappy, I just want to say that this is a cause for everyone to support because we all have hearts and should protect them and those of our loved ones. I promise it will get your heart racing in a good way!

6th Annual White Party

Every year at the end of May we celebrate the Annual White Party in Pittsburgh. This will be the 6th Annual White Party that Faded Industry has hosted and they keep getting better each year. This is an upscale night in which Pittsburgh brings out their freshest white attire and celebrates the coming of the Summer. Every year we add something new and there will be plenty of great additions announced this year as well. Here are some details for the upcoming event.

Friday May 25th, 2012 at Diesel Club Lounge. Door open at 9pm. White Attire is Strongly Encouraged. There will be drink specials throughout the night as well as appetizers for the guests.

Get on the Faded Industry list to skip the line & have a chance to win a $50 bar tab for the night of the event by entering the White Party Contest.

Dunk Me – It’s For The Cure !!

This Thursday is the Grand opening of Beach Club in Station Square. “Where every night is going to be like Spring Break.” With Faded Industry and Clique Vodka supporting the night, it will sure be a night of excitement and entertainment.

As a member of the 2012 50 Finest Class, an idea came about from GM Mark Franitti on how to get donations for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation that I am raising money for this year. As a very good friend and advocate supporter of our company, Mark called me up and said let’s get a Dunk Tank Thursday, Friday, and Saturday Night for the opening week. All the money that is raised from the Tank, will be directly donated back to Cystic Fibrosis.

Instead of ordering that extra cocktail that will put you over the edge, why not put it towards a good cause and try and help cure Cystic Fibrosis! Hope to see you there.

I’m Having a Gypsy Wedding!

I absolutely love the color pink and I don’t really even know why; it just makes me so happy to see it everywhere and dress in the color! Just some more background on me, one of the main reasons I even chose to work for Clique Vodka was the color of the bottle label. I didn’t even know the company at the time and was chosing between them and a competitor and pretty much made my decision to work because I knew that any Promo Materials and outfits for the Promotional Models would be in the colors of the label/logo- and how could I turn down a brand with pink as an option for those colors! So anyway, back to my point about pink catching my eye and all that; I was channel surfing at 2 am the other night and came across “My Big Fat American Gypsy Wedding” on TLC and was mesmerised by the dresses these girls get to wear!

Take the first picture for example. That’s Priscilla, who is looking for a husband at age 14. The dress she got to wear- to a party mind you(not even the wedding!)- was a Queen of Hearts theme, an absolute cupcake fluffy dream! I couldn’t have changed the channel if the Batman movie had been released early for free on another station. This girl’s dad actually flew her to Boston for the fitting and paid for the dress- and another skimpier outfit to change into (pictured left)- so that she could be the prettiest girl at the party. I would wear that bootyshort outfit every day and those boots are to die for! The dress-maker Sondra Celli did an extraordinary job! I can’t deny how stunning Priscilla looks aside from the overall creepiness of her dad being so excited to show off his scantily clad 14-year-old daughter and marry her off! He remarked, QUOTE: “It just melted my heart and my stomach, and I felt it deep in my soul the excitement that little girl felt inside her right then.” Check out the video below for more gypsy quotes!

Sooooooo yeah. Aside from the creepiness and all that, I will be watching every episode of this show in awe of the outfits alone! I know if I ever get married, there is no doubt there will be tons of pink and “Bling” involved, so don’t be surprised when I say “I’m having a gypsy wedding!” Tune in to TLC on Sundays at 10pm and Tweet with me about these AWE-some dresses!!! @Cliqueasaurus

Beach Club Grand Opening

There is always an element of excitement and curiosity when you hear that a new night club is opening up. Especially in Pittsburgh where the night life scene is always yearning for something new. Well just in time for summer there is a new club opening up in Station Square called The Beach Club. This club will be beach themed and the tag line says it all. “Where Every Night Is Like Spring Break!“ Faded Industry Entertainment will be there to kick things off in full effect on Grand Opening Night, Thursday May 17th, 2012.

There is an early VIP INVITE ONLY event and there is going to be a lot going on for the Grand Opening so make sure you don’t miss out on any of it. Here are some details.
